Refund Policy
The purpose of this refund policy is to inform clients of Romane CLÉMENT – R.Academy Albertville – of the conditions applicable to refund requests concerning tutoring services, courses, workshops or training.
1. Payment in advance
All services must be paid for in full before they are performed.
No session can begin without prior payment.
2. Cancellation by the customer
The client may cancel a session under the following conditions:
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session
The session is fully refunded or can be rescheduled free of charge, according to the client's choice.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session
The session fee is due and non-refundable, except in cases of duly justified force majeure (hospitalization, serious accident, etc.).
In this case, a postponement may be offered.
3. Customer delay or absence
• In case of delay, the session will end at the scheduled time, without reduction or refund.
• In case of total absence, the session is considered cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and remains non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by the service provider
In case of cancellation of a session by Romane CLÉMENT (unforeseen circumstances, major impediment, illness, etc.):
• The client can choose to postpone the session,
Or
• request a full refund.
No additional fees will be applied.
5. Good conduct & respect
Romane CLÉMENT reserves the right to interrupt or refuse a service in the event of problematic, disrespectful or dangerous behavior.
In this case, no refund will be issued.
6. Special offers, packages and workshops
Some services (holiday workshops, packages, courses) may be subject to specific conditions which will be detailed at the time of registration.
Otherwise, the above refund policy applies.
