6. Services offered
The self-employed business offers the following services:

• French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses
• Creative workshops during school holidays
• Fire safety training for company staff
Levels concerned: preschool and primary school, all subjects taught at school.
Modalities: in small groups or individually (on request), in professional premises.
7. Prices
Prices are not displayed online.
They are communicated individually when contact is made or a reservation is made.
8. Reservation
Reservations can be made:
• directly via the website;
• by email;
• by telephone.
All reservations are only confirmed after validation by the service provider.
9. Payment
Payment must be made in advance.

The service will only be performed after payment has been received.
10. Cancellation and absence
Any cancellation or postponement must be made at least 24 hours in advance, free of charge.
If the notice period is less than 24 hours, the session fee is due and non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by the service provider, the session will be rescheduled or refunded at the client's discretion.
11. Right of withdrawal
For any booking made remotely, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
This time limit no longer applies once the session has started, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
12. Obligation of means
Romane CLÉMENT is committed to providing serious, professional and tailored services.
However, the services are subject to an obligation of means and not of result (grades, success in an exam, etc.).
13. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, any consumer may have recourse to a mediator free of charge.
No mediator has been appointed yet.
You will be informed as soon as the mediator is officially chosen.
